FS: [NEW] Scepter MFC Jerry Cans [MILSPEC] *Summer/Fall 2022 Edition*

Hi everyone, back again to help fulfill your needs for these elusive brand new jerry cans you all seem to love.

My old threads were all removed due to age but many many users can attest to the quality of these cans and the ability for me to get these to your doorstep in under 10 business days. I hope if you've purchased from me before that you're able to drop a comment and leave some small feedback.

Since 2016, I've ran 2 group buys per year which has been a very successful for these hard-to-find -stateside jerry cans. I have an account with a local dealer that allows me to buy and ship these cans in a 1-1.5 week turnaround time as I live extremely close to the US-Canada border. I believe the last group buy sold over 100+ cans before my thread was locked and deleted due to it not having a set timeline. This group buy will terminate towards October of 2022 in time for the Thanksgiving holidays.

For those who are interested in learning about these MFCs (Military Fuel Cans), they're the exact same mil-spec grade jerries that the US, Canada and UAE military uses around the world in the most demanding conditions. They *do not *use a typical lock and spout system that all jerry cans in the CONUS currently have as this is an EPA/CARB ruling and MILSPEC containers are exempt from this.

They're made in Ontario, Canada out of a heavy duty plastic that is meant to burn and slowly release fuel in the event of a fire, rather than explode like a metal can from the built up pressure. They're so thick and robust, they barely expand from the pressure, even baking in the desert under the middle eastern sun. In the event that they're jettisoned off a ship, theres a built in air pocket that allows them to float and be retrieved. You can also fuel in the dark as the fuel cans have designated dimples on the handles to differentiate fuel from water and an oversized easy to grip cap spins off quickly and securely. All fuel cans will come with the specific Viton gasket that allows it to seal safely and not expand or deform under the offgasing of fuel or heat. There is a reason why you'll only see these exact MFCs on the back of an M1 Abrams tank halfway across the world. These are the only UN/NATO approved fuel cans made in service.

When paired with an appropriate spout, they drain 20L of fuel extremely fast. No breather spout or air vent is required as its built right into the MFCs neck.

Spouts come in a 3/4'' diameter (designated for all gas cars in North America) or the larger 1 & 1/8th spout for larger diesel equipment or generators/farm vehicles. Both off these Scepter spouts have a brass pre-filter built into the filler neck for extra protection from debris.

Price:

*$100 USD + shipping* for the 20L (5g) "full size" MFCs

$65 USD + shipping for the 10L (2.5g) MFCs. These are essentially half the capacity but dont offer the triple handle design of the full size cans.

Spouts are *$50* each for the 3/4'' and $60 for the larger 1 & 1/8th

New since 2021 are the 20L Blue MWC (Military Water Container). These are built to the exact same standard as the MFCs but feature food safe orings that wont leech into the water. I am about to sell these for $45 + shipping per container. These are at this price-point to aid you in filling a box to help save on overall shipping costs. Shipping in multiples of 2+ cans per order drastically brings the cost per can down and is also priced cheaper than most retailers in the US.

Shipping to the west coast is around $30-35 a can and the east is about $40-45 a can. Buying multiples drastically brings the shipping cost down to about $40 for a pair to CA and $60-70 for the east. Again, I can give you an exact quote once I have your zip. Inflation and the pandemic has increased shipping costs drastically since the last group buys and I apologize for this as I understand shipping costs eat into the costs quite a bit.

As per the last group buy, color and stock is dependent on what my supplier currently has. Please PM me for a quote with a location and colors desired.

If you cannot PM me due to account age, please email [email protected] with the info above and I will gladly give you a quote as soon as I can.

Please be patient in terms of orders being fulfilled, I try to be as diligent as I can with regards to filling this in a timely manner. I have many references that can vouch for the quality and service that comes with these cans.

It helps me greatly when you have the following info in your initial PM to me.

*I've been told that RED is the only legal color a jerry can can be in the state of California but I have not looked into this.

I've purchased numerous cans from Jordan and they are awesome.

Pair them with some accessories/upgrades from JAGMTE and you're golden.

I can Highly vouch for the seller as he's even met up with me to deliver.

5 Star service!!!
